In June 2019, Atelierul de Idei had the honor to be the only Romanian facilitation team to host a workshop at WIRE X https://wire2019.eu/ international innovation event.
A complex strategic subject such as exploring the market need and existing capabilities for developing a Digital Innovation Hub in our region was addressed in a non-conventional manner, using a mix of two powerful visualization techniques: Lego Serious Play and 5 Bold Steps Vision Canvas.
The result: very different and rich visions of all the participants involved in the workshop (20+ attendees from academia, public sector and government agencies), the acknowledgement of need and will for such a structure and several steps co-designed in this process.
