Our Management 3.0 Foundation Workshops are totally SERIOUS PLAY! Every moment of a Management 3.0 Workshop from exercises to games to discussions to coffee breaks is an opportunity to network with your peers and to learn, laugh and improve your approach to Agile Leadership skills and mindset.
Because we believe that you can learn more from a person in an hour of play that in a lifetime of conversations, you will have the unique opportunity to experience thinking with your hands, building ideas in 3 D and enjoy the power of two methodologies: Lego Serious Play (tons of Lego bricks) and Management 3.0.
Our Management 3.0 Foundation Workshops are all about principles and practices. By combining the best of classical thinking with a fresh approach and new insights, everything related to the change environment we work in today, you will leave this workshop with a powerful set of tools and ideas to implement the next day in your work.
Extra benefit: attending the Foundations Workshop is a pre-requisite for obtaining the Management 3.0 Facilitator Certification yourself! So this workshop entitles you with an official Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance.

- Location: Iasi, Romania, the most beautiful city in the region. For non local attendees, we will be happy to help you with accommodation and travel advice. Minimum one evening out will be arranged, at participants’ expense, if you want to experience local atmosphere.
She is a certified FORTH innovation facilitator, EIT Health Alumna, Management 3.0 facilitator and heps organisations think in 3D using Lego Serious Play. After more than 20 years in management positions in banking and energy corporations, she fully understands that management is a responsibility for the whole team and is committed to help start-ups and corporates reach the next level of committment, in order to become the workplaces of the future.
Cristina is also an Agile HR Coach (IC-Agile certified), and wants to instill Agile change principles into every business area. She is developing community focused projects for scaling up digital skills.
Cristina has extensive experience is setting up and developing high-performing teams in Romania and has fulfilled several roles in business operation, from Commercial Manager to Regional Manager, from recruiting to restructuring.
Helping people and therefore organizations, to get them moving to create a better work environment, a work environment that people love and inspire them to do great things is her passion. And her personal project is improving mental health and reducing burnout in the workplace, so stay tuned…
